1.准备嫩豆腐1块,小葱2根。

2.豆腐块切1厘米见方的小丁。

3.小葱切成葱花。

4.豆腐下入冷水锅烧水焯烫(豆腐同冷水一同加热,可彻底去除豆腥味)。

5.过凉水。

6.豆腐沥干水分后装盘,加入食盐鸡精。
